Following the success of last year’s Heating the Midwest Conference, this year’s event will be held at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin, April 29 – May 1,2014. On April 30, as an added bonus the conference will feature a Biomass Heating Expo.

Call for Project Presentations

The HTM Conference Planning Committee is developing a breakout session featuring successful biomass thermal projects. We will have opportunities for up to 10 real project presentations of 15-25 minutes. These projects can range from small to large projects, focused on the Midwest. This includes:

  • Residential / Small Commercial (2.0 mmBtu/hr and under)
  • Large Commercial / Institutional / District Heating (2.0 mmBtu/hr and up)
  • Combined Heat and Power, Cooling and Innovative Technologies

This abstract should have the following information:

  • Location, facility type and brief description of thermal energy needs
  • Brief description of biomass system
  • Project capital costs (with a breakout of biomass system)
  • Biomass fuel utilized: type, cost, volume
  • Fuel offset by biomass: type, cost, volume
  • Annual operational savings from biomass system

Discounted or complimentary registration fees will be available for accepted submissions.
